Years ago my car was hit from behind and I suffered a whiplash injury. As time marched on it feels like it is doing a dance on my neck (stomping actually). I injured my back at work - I reached up and pulled a simple tray as I had done a hundred times before, but this time something happened. Apparently I moved one side of my spine between my shoulder blade and it pinched a nerve. I was in so much pain I could barely move.
